Steven C. Hunziker - Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Serguei Riabko - Vice President of Engineering

Dr. Riabko is responsible for software architecture and product development. He began his career in the laser laboratory of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 1988 he joined the Russian Space agency, NPO ELAS where he was responsible for managing pre-launch satellite to ground station communication. In 1995 he joined ELVIS+ where he managed a number of successful IT, WAN and Network security system integration projects.

Dr. Riabko holds an MSc in Physics and a PhD. in Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Nick Tzarev - MIS/Research & Development Director

Mr. Tzarev has more than 16 years experience managing software designers, engineers and architects. He began his career in the Russian space Agency, NPO ELAS, where he was responsible for satellite and spacecraft communication. During his tenure at NPO ELAS he and his team developed Modula-2 based technology and operational systems for automatically controlled satelite systems. NickÕs team is credited with developing the first network firewall in Russia. Mr. TzarevÕs team also developed the SKIP security enforcement agent and desktop management interface for Sun Microsystems Solaris OS.

Mr. Tzarev holds an MSc in Physics & Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology.

Albina Galitskaya - President of Business Development

Ms. Galitskaya is a specialist in internet services/sales/marketing and business development. Prior to joining the RCR -Amsterdam Office in 1996 she was the Vice President of Development for ELVIS Telecom in Moscow. Ms. Galitskaya has more than 11 years experience of managing technical, sales and marketing teams. She began her career as asenior Engineer for NPO ELAS as a designer of CCD devices for Satellites.

Ms. Galatiskaya holds an MS in Computer Science and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Technic, Zelongrad, Russia.
